  • Return Policy: Product Return and Transaction Cancellation Policy 1. A product may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product and only when the product has been kept as received and has not been used and/or washed. In order to carry out the return/exchange, the customer will be charged a shipping fee of NIS 49. Only after receiving the products back will the website operator and/or business owner grant the customer a credit calculated according to the amount paid by the customer for the returned products, minus the shipping fees charged to the customer, minus the shipping fees for collecting the return, minus the price of products that were not returned for any reason, and minus cancellation fees. 2. In the event of a transaction being canceled due to a defect in the products provided or due to a discrepancy between the products provided and their description on the website, the payment method used by the customer to pay for the aforementioned products in that transaction will be credited. The credit to the payment method will be in the full amount of the total consideration charged to the customer for those products. Alternatively, the customer may choose to order identical or different products in place of the products whose order was canceled. Crediting the payment method is conditional on the customer returning the products to the website operator and/or the business owner for inspection of the defect or malfunction that caused the non-conformity. A product that is provided to the customer without charge, such as a bonus product, a gift product, etc., and which is returned by the customer, will not be given/entitled to a refund of any kind. 4. In the event that the consumer requests to cancel the transaction after 7 business days have passed, the website operator and/or the business owner will bear the shipping costs and the consumer will be exempt from cancellation costs. 5.
